WHAT IS AIDS? AIDS
is a disease caused by a virus called HIV that causes the destruction of the

HIV is a
retrovirus (organism that do the retro transcription). Also it is a lentivirus
(is a genus of retroviruses that cause chronic and deadly diseases
characterized by long incubation periods, in man and other mammalian species).
HOW DO YOU GET INFECTED?
You can get
infected for all type of contact of your internal fluids with an infected
person. Fluids like semen or vaginal fluids at the sex relation or contact of
blood when you are taking drugs with another people. Also a mother that is
infected can infect her son with her milk or when the foetus is in process of
desenvolupation.
WHAT’S THE ORIGIN OF
THIS VIRUS?
The origin
of HIV is an animal virus SIV that affects chimpanzees. Now you may be asking
yourselves, how can an animal virus produce a disease in a human? The answer is
simple. The traffickers of animals hunt infected animals and the virus infect
the humans. The immunologic system defeat the SIV but after some infection the
virus mute to HIV.
WHAT ARE THE FEATURES OF THE TWO TYPES? (HIV1 & HIV2)
The number
of virus of the HIV1 is more than the HIV2 for that reason is more aggressive
and its time to produce symptoms is less. The way of transmission are the same
for both virus.
WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF SUFFER AIDS?
The level
is so less because the virus use the white blood cell to reproduce himself.
Pneumonia: is an inflammatory
condition of the lung affecting primarily the microscopic air sacs known as
alveoli. Typical signs and symptoms include a varying severity and combination
of productive or dry cough, chest pain, fever, and trouble breathing, depending
on the underlying cause.
Toxoplasmosis: is a parasitic disease
caused by Toxoplasma gondii. Infections with toxoplasmosis usually cause no
symptoms in adult humans. Occasionally there may be a few weeks or months of
mild flu-like illness such as muscle aches and tender lymph nodes. In a small
number of people, eye problems may develop. In those with a weak immune system,
severe symptoms such as seizures and poor coordination may occur. If infected
during pregnancy, a condition known as congenital toxoplasmosis may affect the
child.
Kaposi’s
sarcoma: is a tumor caused by infection with human herpesvirus 8 (HHV8), also
known as Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (KSHV) or KS agent. It was
originally described by Moritz Kaposi, a Hungarian dermatologist practicing at
the University of Vienna in 1872. It became more widely known as one of the
AIDS-defining illnesses in the 1980s. The viral cause for this cancer was
discovered in 1994. Although KS is now well-established to be caused by a viral
infection, there is widespread lack of awareness of this even among persons at
risk for KSHV/HHV-8 infection.
Mycobacterium
Avium complex: is an atypical mycobacterial infection, i.e. one with
nontuberculous mycobacteria or NTM, caused by Mycobacterium avium complex. This
infection causes respiratory illness in birds, pigs, and humans, especially in
immunocompromised people. In the later stages of AIDS it can be very severe. It
usually first presents as a persistent cough. It is typically treated with a
series of three antibiotics for a period of at least six months.
Invasive
cervical cancer: is a cancer arising from the cervix. It is due to the
abnormal growth of cells that have the ability to invade or spread to other
parts of the body. Early on, typically no symptoms are seen. Later symptoms may
include abnormal vaginal bleeding, pelvic pain, or pain during sexual
intercourse. While bleeding after sex may not be serious, it may also indicate
the presence of cervical cancer.
AT THE MOMENT, HAVE WE GOT SOMETHING TO HEAL AIDS?
The answer
to this question is no but, have the people got hope of survive when they got
infect from VIH?
Nowadays we don’t have any medication to heal AIDS but we have some pills that
reduce its effect and bring you the opportunity to have got a normal life.

the people can’t buy these pills because these pills are so expensive.
WHAT ARE THE METODS TO PREVENT AIDS?
When I ask
you this you can thing: oh this answer is so easy you mustn’t have sex and
that’s it. But, can you live without it? Luckily, nowadays, we have got some
methods to have secure sex like condoms
and women preservatives.
